The best coffee shops in Prague
Our pick of Prague’s specialty coffee — a genuinely deep third-wave scene concentrated in Vinohrady, Karlín and Holešovice, led by the city’s single entry in the global coffee ranking. A favourite.place selection. Sources: The World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops https://theworlds100bestcoffeeshops.com/top-100-coffee-shops/
Prague’s best bars
Our pick of Prague’s cocktail bars. Prague has no entry in the global bar ranking, but the inaugural European list in 2026 placed two Prague rooms in its top forty, and three more are 50 Best Discovery listings. A favourite.place selection. Sources: Europe’s 50 Best Bars https://www.theworlds50best.com/bars/europe/list/1-50
Prague’s best casual eats
Our pick of Prague’s everyday eating — the pubs, butcher counters and chlebíčky windows, anchored by the seven Prague Bib Gourmands from the first Czechia-wide MICHELIN guide. Prague has no World’s 101 Best Burgers entry, so no burger is claimed here. A favourite.place selection. Prague’s best restaurants
The best restaurants in Prague. The first Czechia-wide MICHELIN guide arrived in December 2025 and Prague holds five one-star restaurants — a small pool, so the list is completed with the city’s MICHELIN Selected rooms and the highest Gault&Millau scores rather than padded with unrated ones. Czechia’s only two-star, Papilio, is in Vysoký Újezd and is not listed. Sources: MICHELIN https://guide.michelin.com/en/cz/prague/restaurants · Gault&Millau https://www.gault-millau.cz/
