Agreement
These terms govern your use of Favourite Place, operated by the operator of favourite.place. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Favourite Place lets you create, organise, publish, share, import and export lists of places. Place information is supplied by Google Maps Platform and may change or be unavailable. Favourite Place does not guarantee that a venue, rating, route or opening detail is accurate.
Your account and connected apps
You are responsible for activity authorised through your account, API keys and connected apps. Keep credentials secure and disconnect or revoke anything you no longer use. ChatGPT actions operate on your account only after you connect it and remain subject to OpenAI's applicable terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of list titles, descriptions and notes you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. Do not submit unlawful content, personal information you lack permission to publish, or material that infringes another person's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, evade access controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or use it to distribute deceptive, abusive or unlawful material. We may remove content or suspend access to protect users, the service or third parties.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or decisions made from third-party place information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date here. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions can be sent to support@favourite.place.
